Very Like A Whale: Adam Bricusse

Adam Bricusse is a 25 year old artist who has graduated from Merton College, Oxford, two years ago, following a one-year foundation course at St Martin's School of Art. 'Very Like a Whale' at Rebecca Hossack Art Gallery is his first solo show in London.

Bricusse's ice-cool oil paintings reflect his interest in the underwater world. The artist conveys the impossibility of humans to conquer anything bigger than themselves through his use of large images depicting the force of the underwater world.
